Every call sends the agent username and API key as HTTP Basic authentication.

How Authentication Works

1. Copy the agent username and API key from the agent profile.
2. Base64-encode username:apiKey.
3. Send that value in the Authorization header.

Authorization Header Format

Authorization: Basic Base64({agent_username}:{x-api-key})

Use the placeholders YOUR_AGENT and YOUR_API_KEY. Do not store a real key in this file.

Example

A missing or invalid key returns HTTP 401. The body uses these fields:
